Allows for the merge button in GitHub to be disabled for set branches, for example, to allow merging into feature branches but block merging into Master to prevent accidental merges.

Simply add your branch in the options, in the format <Author>/<Repo>:<branch>, e.g. `Rails/Rails:master`
