You can push your configuration to clients by rolling out the file
"chrome-extension_cjahhhdejgeeijmmlinkckdmlheefcke_0.localstorage" located in "%localappdata%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage" 
by using a group policy script.
