Why are those permissions required?

"Read and change data on all websites you visit" sounds like a lot, but since LiveCap is a video capture service it needs those permissions just to operate. Without them, it couldn't clip the video from the site you're on. Also, we need permissions not just for Twitch.tv because we support video capturing service for many different sites and we're constantly adding new sites to support. We don't want to ask for permission every time when we add support for a new site.
