Fixes various styles and adds new features to FJFixes FJ's styling and has a couple of minor JS bug fixes.

It makes FunnyJunk look better with very small styling changes. It is highly customizeable being able to turn parts of the styling and javascript on and off.

-Holiday styling which turns on and off depending on date
