Every time you search for something on Google, the extension does the same search in the background (you can set this background to be over SSL or not and to use your Google cookies or not). Once the background search is done, an icon will show up in your address bar. By clicking on this icon and turning on "Highlight", you can see how results from background search differ from your actual search!
