Nudge Kick blocks URLs until you meet a fitness goal for the day.  Currently works with Fitbit.Nudge Kick for Chrome blocks URLs until you meet a fitness goal for the day. 

It requires Fitbit to do the tracking of your fitness goals and a (free) NudgeKick.com account to work. 

Soon we will be integrated with Run Keeper and other fitness trackers. Stay tuned.

INSTRUCTIONS: Once installed, click the Nudge Kick icon in the upper right hand corner of your browser. Then enter your email address you used when you created your Nudge Kick account.
