Go to you target channel and then click on ALL COMMENTS(). Then click the icon located upper right corner of chrome browser!This tool will extract YouTube comments and make a list of unique user names with number of entries.  Filter section can filter the list of users with regular expression.  Select winner button can be clicked and return randomly pick one comment.  This tool may be useful if you do give away or raffles.  I hope you would enjoy it.
