I can not find a suitable extension to load all the patreon comments. so i decide to write my own extension. it turns out it's easier than what i expect. 

Features:
load all the comments and its replies in one click
order by earliest first or newest first
content searching (maybe in the next version)

How to use:
Open a patreon post -> click the extension icon

Pop up shortcut:
windows : Shift+Alt+P
mac : Shife+Command+P
