A work in progress to adjust GTM's styling and controls to make better use of shortcuts and screen space.

 + Keyboard shortcuts:
    Alt+N = New tag/trigger/variable
    Alt+Return = Save current tag/trigger/variable changes
    Alt+P = Preview current container or refresh current preview

 + Delete multiple tags at once using the tick boxes
 + Quick search tags, triggers and variables with grey search buttons
 + Auto hide default variables in variables view
 + Auto open to edit current tag/trigger/variable's settings (and fight the current scrolling bug on edit click)
 + Reduce the size of the orange preview notification and its controls
 + Widen the tag/trigger/variable tables and edit sheets
 + Automatically select to view all tag, triggers or variables
 + Fixed side menu to screen
 + Click anywhere on background of a row to open tag, trigger or variable
 + Overwrite the GTM window page titles
 + Test Look Up and Regex Tables within GTM
 + Auto select search fields when looking for triggers/variables/built-in variables
 + Auto tag/trigger/variable name prefixes (editing coming soon)
