Reminds you to stop and breathe at configurable intervals
A simple extension to remind you to pause and breathe at a configurable interval. It uses the box method of breathing (7 seconds inhale, hold, 7 seconds exhale, hold) and will help calm you down in the chaotic world we live in. You can set the frequency in minutes, and the default is every hour.
