Searches for cases using the case number.The Salesforce Case Search extension allows users to search for cases within Salesforce.

This will enable users to bypass the Salesforce indexing, which causes issues when searching for newly submitted cases.

You can now search for cases using the reference that is added to emails.

E.G; If you use this: [ ref:_00D80Khmy._500C0cHve3:ref ]

Which can be found within case emails and subjects. Or you can search using the cut down version of: 500C0cHve3:ref.
